Know Before You Go

We pride ourselves in all of the strawberries we sell however, when available, Organic Strawberries are especially delicious! We will post on the website when they become available.

To protect the integrity of our brand and due to the perishable nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns within 24 hours after the initial purchase. We will be happy to exchange or refund your money as long as the product is returned with the following criteria:

  • Must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Show proof of date of purchase (within 24 hours) by using your Strawberries Lovers card which will show the date the card was last stamped.
  • Must weigh no less than a quarter pound of the original purchase.

We begin harvesting our berries from Oxnard, and as the weather warms, we move to Santa Maria, where the cooler climate and fresh crops await. Strawberries exhibit a pronounced sensitivity to temperature changes; they thrive in cooler environments.

Currently, Valpak offers coupons in the mail. A temporary promotion is available, when purchasing half a flat, you will receive one pint complimentary. When purchasing a full flat, you will receive one-quarter of a flat (three pints) complimentary. The Strawberry Lovers Club loyalty card will not be applicable to any of these promotions.
